I have come across this shawl in a few blogs and it seemed like the perfect pattern for this Rosários4 Merino Land yarn I had dyed with food colorings.

Adoro as cores!

I love these colors! And the stitch detail too! (It looks much more complex than it really is)

This is a perfect Spring Shawl, light and airy, and it goes so well with a pair of old jeans!

But I think it will also look great as a scarf in Winter, it has about the right size to wrap around your neck.

    1. I have used powdered food dye, but I have read that liquid food dye works as well. Firstly I have soaked the skeins in lukewarm water with vinegar and salt for about half an hour. Then I have used that water with vinegar and salt to prepare the colors. With a plastic spoon I have painted the skeins with the food dye and then wrapped them in saran wrap and microwaved for about 2 minutes, let them rest for 2 minutes, and microwaved again for 2 minutes more. Let the skeins cool down for about half an hour and rinsed with water and wool washer. That's it, it's quite easy.
